  • Group management and psychological first aid in the field
  • Realistic outdoor scenarios and guided debrief sessions

Kit List

  • Full hiking gear (boots, waterproofs, backpack, etc.)
  • Personal first aid kit (supplied or your own)
  • Warm layers and gloves for casualty simulations
  • Notebook, pencil, and small torch/headlamp
  • Food, drink, and any personal medication
